  Terribly run store. I placed an order and never received an email confirmation that the order was received so I called to double check and they said "yeah we have email problems sometimes - there's nothing we can do" and then I got an email for a failed delivery attempt and when I called they said they would try again the next day. Totally fine - except when I never received another failed delivery email or a successful delivery email I called the store again and they said "well it's not in our cooler so I guess it was delivered" WHAAAAT....you guess?! And both times I called I spoke to 2 different employees who said they were 1. New and 2. At the store alone and didn't know what to do......unbelievable.
