  I feel gullible. I used Ed's once in an emergency situation (frozen pipes in the winter), and they were prompt, but the bill seemed surprisingly high. I used them again for a toilet leak and was surprised and disappointed at how much they charged. Additionally, they CAUSED a NEW problem, that now obliges me to have them come out again. I do not trust them. Please think twice about using them.
